Cava Sangria with Hierbas & pear juice

Smoothies or fruitshakes
Mix some apple-mango or apple-peach-apricot juice with slices of (frozen) banana and pieces of kiwi. The frozen banana will give the extra thick and cold smoothie-effect. Put the pealed bananas in a bag or a box in the freezer. Many possible variations.
Make red fruit tea (with rose mallow and rose hip) and allow to cool off, add apple juice to desired taste and sweetness. Serve chilled, possibly with ice cubes and a slice of lemon. A nicely coloured and naturally sweetened summer drink!
Different varieties with fruit juices and (herbal) tea are possible.
Make rose hip tea, allow to cool off. Add an equal amount of peach & apricot juice as well as one drop of pure essential rose oil per glass. Mix well and serve chilled. A love potion for summer nights !
Sparkling (apple) juice – Schörle
Add half a glass of soda water to half a glass of apple juice. Add ice cubes (optional). Also delicious with apple-pear, apple-cherry or apple-blackberry.
For fruit juice(s), as desired, in a bowl, add all kiinds of cut-up fruits and berries, soak a bunch of herbs (e.g. sweet woodruff, mint, lemon balm, lemon vervain, rosemary ...) Remove herbs after 1 hour. Season with lemon juice and serve chilled.
Apple juice dessert
Soak 5 sprigs of sweet woodruff en 2 sprigs of lemon balm overnight in 1 litre of apple juice. Remove herbs, solve 20 g of pectin (marmello) in 120 g agave syrup, add apple juice and boil with a sprig of mint. Pour in small bowls, allow to cool and decorate with a small dollop of whipped cream and a leaf of lemon balm. Delicious!
Warm up apple juice or apple-pear juice with a cinnamon stick and 1 coffeespoon of fresh ginger, pealed and chopped, without letting it boil. Brew for 10 minutes and remove the spices. Sweeten to taste and serve warm.
Boil 4 dl of water with 1 cinnamon stick, fruits of 1 star anise, 7 cloves, some cardamonseeds, 10 g fresh ginger, 1 orange with peel, 1 tea bag of Mu. Brew for 10 minutes and sieve. Add 6 dl of apple juice Pajottenlander and heat to appr. 70°C. Serve warm. Sweeten to taste with agave syrup.
Warm up, for a non-alcoholic “glühwein”, apple-cherry juice or apple-blackberry juice (do not allow to boil) and soak a bag of glühwein herbs. Sweeten to taste with maple syrup, honey or agave syrup and serve warm.
Mix apple-cherry juice or apple-blackberry juice with the same amount of dry white wine. Serve chilled.
Serve health drink ice cold as a Gazpacho, if needed with an icecube.
Decorate with a few leaves of basil , or a spring of celery, coriander, flat leave parsley.
You could add some dried herbs (mint leaves, coriander leaves, basil leaves, …) or with a salt replacing herbal mix.
Vegetable cream soup, fast and easy
Finely chopped onion
Finely chopped or pressed garlic
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 bottle of Health Drink Pajottenlander (= mixed vegetable juice)
A dollop of cream, oatcream or soycream
Let onion and garlic simmer in the olive oil for a few minutes. Add herbs to taste (paprika, crushed coriander, crushed pepper, cumin…)
Add the vegetable juice and bring to the boil.
Serve with a dollop of cream and freshly chopped green herbs.
Spaghetti sauce in no time
Freshly chopped onion and/or garlic
250 gr minced tofu
2 tablespoons of olive oil
½ bottle of health drink Pajottenlander (= mixed vegetable juice)
herbs to taste (paprika, freshly crushed pepper, chili, coriander, Italian spaghetti herbs,…)
Let onion and garlic simmer in the olive oil for a few minutes. Add the herbs and let it simmer a little more. This way, the aroma of the herbs will develop nicely.
Add the minced tofu and leave for another 5 minutes.
Add the vegetable juice and let it boil shortly.
Serve with freshly chopped green herbs such as basil leaves, springs of coriander, flat leave parsley…
