Ingredients

60 % apple juice with pulp, 20 % peachpuree, 20 % apricotpuree.
The fruit ripens on the trees, is freshly squeezed, then bottled and lightly pasteurised.

 

Characteristics

Pajottenlander apple-peach-apricot has a warm ochre orange colour.
The juice has a soft, round taste and has an outstanding apricot and peach flavour.
The organic culture of peaches and apricots is very demanding. The trees like limy soil and are fertilized with compost and green manuring especially made to fit their needs.
Repeated spraying with herbal extracts and biodynamic preparations increases their resistance.

 

Qualities

Apricots and peaches are rich in beta-carotene (a powerful antioxidant) and potassium.
In addition, peaches contain a lot of niacin, also known as vitamin B3.
As peaches and apricots do not produce juice, but solely puree, we add apple juice in order to liquefy the juice.

Rich in vital substances, apple juice makes our body less prone to infection and keeps the intestinal flora balance. In addition to being detoxicating, it has a wholesome effect in case of gall and bladder complaints, loss of appetite and skin disease. Moreover, apple juice is highly recommended in case of liver and kidney complaints.
The fruit acids contained in the apple juice encourage an optimum digestion and increases the activiation of gastric juice. Apple juice helps in case of diarrhoea and intestinal disorders. It has a particularly wholesome effect on small children and infants.
Apple juice also plays a key role in blood cell production because it helps raise the haemoglobin level.
